Our charming one is allowed to be !?
South African Sandy B did not just show up with two amazing (and extremely synchronized) dancers, he had also written a whole ode to Copenhagen. A much better first impression can not be given.
Sandy B performed showmanship at a level that is rarely used to under Distortion, and it reminded about Ata Kak's already legendary performance in 2016: An artist from a music tradition, most probably not confronted with all too often at home, who suddenly opens our eyes for something new.
South African house music has a lot of international twist on time, but this seemed like a concert outside the hype bubble: A meeting with an artist who sucked you into his very own world.
